Staff are helpful and polite.
Rooms are on the small side although adequate.

Our Review

The Best Western City is a clean, simple 3-star hotel located just minutes away from Sauchiehall Street. Though the rooms are fairly small, they do contain everything guests would need for a short break. Staff members are polite and friendly and always willing to help. This is a good property for people looking for an affordable base in the centre of Glasgow.

Comfortable room... Tiny rooms with variable function of facilities... very comfortable... rooms were far to warm.... t.v. not working,moved us on 2nd day rather than replace t.v.; ... damp smell coming from both rooms ... The rooms are contemporary and clean ... large beds, flat screen TV's and the room we had was very spacious... spacious.... Well-appointed room and bathroom...
