Traveller from Carnoustie stayed in March,2007

A clean enough hotel, that is basic in facilities, with good service from staff. However there was a discretion at check out with my bill not being processed correctly. This hotel requires extensive re-furbishment and decoration in the reception area, bed rooms,stairways,lifts, and the especially the public toilets. There was far to many repairs gone undone. This hotel is in an ideal location and requires only to have some money invested in it. The location of this Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Glasgow, with easy access to local attractions, pubs, restaurants and Central Train Station.
